AESTHETIC SMILE CLINIC SERVICE IN 10 STEPS

             1-First Contact: You may contact AESTHETIC SMILE CLINIC through this website, by making a phone call          or by contacting a travel consultant in order to obtain a quote for the medical procedures you are interested      in. AESTHETIC SMILE CLINIC will reply to your inquiry and send the information regarding the treatment to you.

2-Information Exchange Prior to the Trip: Before making the decision to travel, you may get in touch with an advisor from the Patient Information Center in order to ask any questions or if you have any doubts about your trip or procedures. You may also ask for medical advice regarding your particular case. The advisor will pass your questions on to the physician and then will forward you the doctor’s answers; you may send pictures or previous medical studies for the physician to analyze.

3-Treatment Confirmation: Once the consultations are over and the physician confirms that you are fit to undergo the treatment you are interested in, you will be assigned a tentative date for the trip. The date will be set according to your convenience and the reservation will be temporary (until the first payment of 30% over the TOTAL MEDICAL COST is received).

4-Agenda: Once the first payment is made (bank transfer OR Western union) AESTHETIC SMILE CLINIC will confirm the date of the treatment. Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to send previous medical exams or pictures.

5-The Trip: After flying to Beirut, you will arrive at RAFIC HARIRI BEIRUT INTERNATIONAL Airport (BEY).One of our personal assistants will welcome you at the airport and drive you to your hotel.

6-Final Payment: The second payment (the remaining 70%) must be paid to AESTHETIC SMILE CLINIC via credit cards or cash at the end of the treatment in Beirut.

7-Before the Procedure: Prior to the requested procedure, you will have your medical exam done according to your treatment and face-to-face consultation with the doctor. Note that in your meeting at a pre-arranged date and time you will be able to explain your goals for treatment.

8-The Medical Procedure: After having done your medical tests and you meet the physician, you will start the procedures you desire. In cases of surgical treatments, if a great number of procedures are necessary, the surgeon may choose to divide them in two or more operations.

9-Recovery: Then you will recover following the doctor’s instructions. The first few days after surgery are the most important and it is very important that you get adequate rest. Usually, 2 to 4 post-surgical appointments will be necessary for the surgeon to check your general condition and ensure you are healing well.

10- Discharge and Return Home: At the last consultation you will be granted a medical authorization to return to your country.
